成长 grow up
早晨，妈妈带我去参加演讲比赛，我极不情愿，但也只好勉强打起精神，拿起稿子出发了。
In the morning, my mother took me to the speech contest. I was very reluctant, but I had to just pick up my spirits and start.
赛场上，人山人海，一眼望去，仿佛身处彩色的海洋。选手们各个聚精会神的看着稿子，专注极了。我十分紧张，心里像揣了一只小兔子，砰砰地直跳。我的呼吸变得急促，想有一种不知名的东西卡住了鼻子，使人无法呼吸。
On the field, there are lots of people. At a glance, they seem to be in a colorful ocean. The contestants all looked at the manuscript with great concentration. I was very nervous, like a little rabbit in my heart, thumping. Im shorting my breath. I think theres an unknown thing stuck in my nose, which makes people unable to breathe.
轮到你了。一阵清脆的声音传入了我的耳中，我抬起头，原来是一个小姑娘。我的心直跳都快跳到嗓子眼了。
Its your turn. A crisp voice came into my ear, I looked up, it was a little girl. My heart is jumping to my throat.
我定了定神，平复了一下紧张的心情，开始演讲。正在我滔滔不绝之时，我突然感觉脑子一片空白，忘了下面的台词。我尴尬到了极点，就那么愣在那儿，不得动弹，一串串的句子从我脑海中闪过，找不到头绪。
I calmed my nerves, calmed my nerves, and began to speak. While I was talking, I suddenly felt a blank in my mind and forgot the following lines. I was so embarrassed that I just stood there, motionless, a string of sentences flashed through my mind, unable to find the clue.
突然，我想起妈妈说过：心要静下来。我决定试一试。我慢慢地吸了一口气，轻轻地吐出。嗨!还真管用。我一下子高兴起来，后面的词也都想起来了，顺利地完成了演讲。
All of a sudden, I thought of my mother saying, calm down. I decided to try. I took a slow breath and let it out gently. Hi! It works. I was so happy that I remembered all the words and successfully finished the speech.
回到家中，妈妈告诉我：人这一生,有许许多多坎坷的路,即使我们被绊倒了,也要勇敢的爬起来。是啊，人在遇到困难的时候，何尝不能想着自己的目标，努力前行呢?
Back home, my mother told me: there are many bumpy roads in our life. Even if we stumble, we should climb up bravely. Yes, when people encounter difficulties, why cant they think about their goals and strive to move forward?
