Xiamen is a well-known tourist port city in the Southeast coast of China. It is one of the Cleanest Cities of China, the Garden Cities of China, the National Environmental Protection Model Cities, and the best sightseeing cities in China. Not only being wealthy with travel resources, Xiamen has also temperate weather, fast and convenient transport and communication, and complete travel establishments.
In the old times, there were "Eight Major Landscapes" and "Eight Minor Landscapes"
"Landscapes Beyond Landscapes" in Xiamen and altogether 24 scenic spots were included in the three general terms. Some of the 24 sights, such as "Wonderland of Gulang", "Five Old Gentlemen Reaching the Clouds", "Watching Suise on Hongji Summit", "Night Moon by Tiger Brook", "White Deer Spurting Smoke", still can be traced today.
By reorganizing old landscapes and developing new sceneries, Xiamen has formed five main Tourist areas-- Gulangyu Island Tourist Area, Nanputuo Temple Tourist Area, Wangshi Rock Tourist Area, Huangcuo Tourist Area and Jimei Tourist Area. 5月2日，我们一家人和约好的叔叔、阿姨，还有我的小伙伴，一起去了耕海人家。
到了那里，我就和我的好朋友张思凡聊了起来，过了一会儿，他的爸爸说：“你们带上杯子去捉螃蟹吧!”我们都异口同声的答道：“好啊!”于是我们去拿了两个杯子，就下海去捉螃蟹了，我们边找螃蟹她边对我说：“要把石头搬起来，才能找到螃蟹。”于是我翻开了一块比较大的石头，一看，一对紫色钳子，碧绿色的壳儿，一双大大的眼睛，举着它的钳子，挥舞着，好像想夹我们一样，于是我一下伸手捉住了它，它却一下子夹住了我的手，我的手顿时流了很多血，这时我的好朋友张思凡赶紧把它的一条腿抓住，放进了杯子里，然后她就把我带回了饭店用创可贴贴一下，可是，令人意想不到的是，在回饭店的时候，我的'伙伴的脚不小心踩在了淤泥里，陷了下去拔都拔不起来，我说：“你的脚慢慢的用力往上抬。”过了一会她的脚终于挣脱了出来，可是鞋还在里面，“我来帮你!”我说，于是，我就费了九牛二虎之力才把她的鞋子拔了出来，然后我们两个互相搀扶着回了饭店，我们休息了一会又跑下去了，我又搬开一块石头，看见了一只螃蟹不大不小，但是跑得很快，我赶紧抓住了它的一条腿，放进了杯子里，于是我跟她又抓了很多螃蟹、弹涂鱼、还有一种很奇怪的蟹。
那里可真好玩儿啊!我觉得有点遗憾，因为我只在那里住了一天，还没玩够，就回家了，所以下次，我还要到那里去玩。

I said, so I took a tremendous effort to put her shoes out, then the two of US helped each other back to the hotel, we had a rest and went down. I took a stone, saw a small crab, but ran very fast, I quickly grabbed one of its legs, put into the cup, and I told her and caught a lot of crabs, mudskippers, and a strange crab.
It's so funny. I feel a little sorry, because I only stayed there for a day, and I didn't have enough to go home, so next time I will go there to play.

On summer holiday my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at Huabei Hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.
We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look.
The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang Hill. I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing. The 20xx Olympic Games will be held in Beijing.
Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing.

It took us quite a few hours’ ride to reach the bank of the river,where we saw the Chunü Spring.It is one of the most famous hot springs there .The water of the spring is so clear that we couldn’t help diving into it.Our head teacher,together with us,swam happily.Floating on the water,I looked around .We were surrounded by the great mountains.
Then we got on some small boats.We had been longing to float on the Mother River.Seeing her powerful current and attractive beauty,I felt proud of being one of her sons.
It was noon before we knew it.We went ashore and then danced and sang happily on the grassland.We helped ourselves to the tasty fish,crabs and other food,which we cooked ourselves.
It was time for us to go home.We had to say good-bye to the Mother River.We all felt reluctant when we left her.

On the first day, I just stayed in the hotel and rested. On the second day, my brother and I went to Nanjing Road. It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there, there were lots of people.
We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs of trousers for the coming summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white because white is my favourite colour.
My brother also bought some clothes. On the third day, my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full of people. I played many kinds of games there. I had a good time.
The other days, I went to some other interesting places, such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV Tower, the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre.
I didn’t forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

When I was eating, there was no roast duck on the mountain, so I didn't eat it. I was very disinterested because I was the first to climb up.
