　　Nowadays, the phenomenon of drunken driving has arouse wide concern among the public (在公众中引起了广泛关注). Especially the young generation living in metropolis（大都市）, tend to drive after drinking, ignoring the fact that this behavior may pose underlying threat to （对产生潜在的威胁）their precious life and may even endanger （危害）others. Generally speaking, there are several reasons accounting for this phenomenon. Firstly, the absence of consciousness （意识的确实）of driving security may be one of the leading causes. people participate in more activities or banquets than ever before（比起以前）, where they will drink strong wine（烈酒）. Then, they may get drunk but continue to drive. Secondly, relevant laws and regulations may not have been strictly enforced （严格实施）to warn people not to drive after drinking. Firs and foremost, this behavior will directly threaten the safety （威胁的安全）of drivers, passengers and pedestrians, resulting in traffic accidents, injuries and even deaths. 　　In view of the seriousness of this problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. 　　That details make a difference is an old saying known to people all over the world. Details are important to success in business and in every walk of life. Details can make the difference between two things that appear similar, but in reality are very different in quality.
