倡议书
为了进一步提升一个城市的文明层次和每一个人的文明素质，减少资源浪费，避免可回收物的二次污染，促使垃圾处理进一步减量化、资源化、无害化，我倡议全民行动，从我做起开展生活垃圾源头分类工作。
一、垃圾源头分类是指我们将在平时的工作、生活中所产生的废弃物分类收集，并将可回收利用物再回收，将不可再回收利用物和有毒有害废弃物分类收集交有关部门集中收集处理。
二、生活垃圾可分种类：纸类、塑料、橡胶、纺织物、金属、玻璃、植物（园林垃圾）、厨余、砖石灰土及其它（无法回收的卫生用品），前6种属可回收物，园林垃圾、厨余垃圾属待定可加工处理再利用物。
三、环卫对源头分类垃圾要高度重视，收集运输、处理部门要分类收集运输、处理。
