作为公司新的一员，我自愿签订此【入职承诺书】，本着诚实守信和忠于绿能的原则，本人庄严承诺以下事项，并自愿受其约束：
一、本人入职时，在实习(试用期间)及与公司签订劳动合同时，提供给公司的资料信息都是真实有效的，这些资料信息包括但不限于：身份证明、户籍证明、离职证明、学历证明、各项专业证书、照片、历史背景、无犯罪记录证明、工作经验、求职简历与入职登记表中的信息及其他由本人提供的资料信息。
二、在签订本承诺书时，本人未与任何用人单位之间存在尚未解除或终止劳动关系、或事实劳动关系，亦与任何用人单位不存在因劳动关系而产生的'劳动争议纠纷，或与之未了的法律责任。如果该承诺不属实，则本人与原用人单位之间的劳动纠纷由本人独立承担相应的责任，公司不承担任何责任。
三、本人已经知晓并认真学习公司的各项规章制度和岗位职责，包括但不限于： 等;并清楚公司规章制度的公示方式，愿意严格遵守公司的各项规章制度。
四、因工作需要将服从加班安排和接受公司的岗位调整，同意工作期间的劳务条件、工作时间、薪资待遇等按国家和公司有关规定执行。
五、忠于绿能，杜绝打架斗殴、醺酒滋事、涉黄涉赌现象发生，做到遵纪守法;自学维护公司荣誉和利益;遵守公司的保密规定;遵守职业道德，树立良好的个人形象;尽职尽守为公司生产经营做好服务，做一个品质优良，作风正派的优秀员工。
本人同意，若违反上述承诺任何一项，即视为严重违反公司规章制度，公司有权解除劳动合同，并无需支付任何经济补偿;若给公司造成经济损失或法律责任，本人愿意全部承担。
本人承诺，无论因何原因离职，本人都将按公司相关规定办理辞职手续。
该承诺书将自动作为劳动合同的附件，与劳动合同具有同等的法律效力，自签字当日起生效。

为了更好的树立公司对外形象，更好地打造公司的品牌，本人承诺对职责范围内的廉洁建设和反腐败工作全面负起责任。按照责任制的要求，把加强廉洁建设和反腐败工作纳入劳务工作的重要议事日程，使廉洁建设与企业经营建设和企业文化建设相互促进，共同进步。本人承诺具体如下：
1. 认真学习国家法律、法规以及公司相关规章制度，学习公司管理人员相关廉洁从业守则，做一名懂管理、守规则的合格员工。要处处把自己的形象和公司形象视为一体，牢记公司的规章制度，不损害公司形象。
2. 认真参加各类廉洁建设教育和作风建设教育的`学习活动，在工作岗位上加强道德修养，树立正确的权利观、利益观，虚心听取各方意见，及时改进。坚持个人重大事项报告等制度，自觉向公司汇报个人廉洁从业工作的情况，自觉接受监督
3. 不从部门保护主义、小团体及个人利益出发，有令不行，有禁不止。
4. 洁身自爱，严以律己，不以自身工作职位为资源，为获取个人利益而损害公司利益。
5. 在和往来单位有业务接触时，不依业务之便，“吃、拿、卡、要”，提取回扣，有损公司的利益和形象；不用公款向上级和下属派送“红包”，不收受此类“红包”。一但发现，自愿按照公司的规章制度，接受公司的严格处理，直至开除。
6. 加强对自己的家庭成员的管教，不利用自己职权上的一些影响和职务上的一些便利为自己的配偶、子女及亲戚朋友提供便利和优惠条件。
7. 在和外界单位往来时，要坚守公司的利益，树立公司的形象。不得以任何方式向兄弟单位提出任何方式的非公司意思的要求，非正常的推销、介绍业务，笼络项目等。
8. 不以任何理由，违背公司的意愿，刁难来往单位的人员，推诿办事的效率，损害公司形象。
9. 出差办事，回来要及时述职，如实地报销开支，不得弄虚作假。不索取或接受礼金和各种有价证券及各种形式物品，无法拒收的，应按规定上缴。
10. 对公司资源的使用以节约、适度为原则，少开支、多办事。一但发现弄虚作假，开大开支的，自愿接受公司严格处罚，开支自负，公司可直接开除。
11. 认真按财务管理、物资采购、基本建设的各项管理规章制度及操作规程办事。认真履行岗位职责，遵守职业道德，绝不以权谋私，不做有损公司利益和形象的事情。
12. 不违反规定驾驶和使用公车。
13. 不参与任何形式的封建迷信、赌博等活动。
14. 生活中严格遵守公司廉洁建设各项禁令和作风建设的各项规定，遵守公司的各项规章制度。做到不在工作日午餐饮酒，不在工作时间内上网聊天、购物、看电影、刷微博、炒股和玩游戏等与工作无关的事情。
15. 自愿与公司全体同仁一起互相监督、互相支持，共同坚守廉洁思想，共同保持良好的廉洁行为。
