　　现代滑雪

　　现代滑雪运动大致可分为三种类别：阿尔卑斯山式（Alpine Skiing）、北欧式（Nordic Skiing）和自由式。

　　阿尔卑斯山式

　　滑雪是指沿雪坡滑降的滑雪运动，其名称是由滑降运动源于阿尔卑斯山而得，包括了各式技巧和动作，其中三种最基本的动作：直降、横渡和转弯。

　　北欧式

　　滑雪包括了越野滑雪（Cross Country Skiing）和滑雪跳跃（Ski Jumping），名称的由来是因为这种运动起源于北欧各国。越野滑雪是最大众化的滑雪方式。

　　自由式

　　自由式滑雪其实就是一种特技表演，表演者从陡峭而崎岖不平的雪坡向下滑降，同时还得表演后跳、踢腿，甚至翻跟头等其他惊险的特技。
