　　As a saying goes, success is equal to %99 sweat plus 1% inspiration. It'strue that if you want to succeed , you have to work hard.

　　As all of us know, a strong will, perseverance , confidence and diligence... Are the essentials factors of success. Firstly I think man of strong will andperseverance always has an aggressive spirit. He can stick to his cause nomatter how tough it might be. Secondly he should be full of confidence . Heshows no frustration and powerlessness in the face of difficulty, but withconfidence and strength soar he is ready to meet the next difficulty. So,believe yourself and trust yourself is the most important thing. Find somethingyou really interest and trying to do it until then you will find everything isso easy. Because you begin to take your first step, don't worry and keeplearning also don't give it up. Thirdly diligence plays an important role on theway to our success. As the saying goes: "Diligence is the means by which onemakes up for one's dullness". And life is short and we have too much to do .Without diligence, no one can achieve anything. What's more, modesty is also oneof the factors to one's success. There is an old saying: "Modesty helps one toprogress and

　　Every body wants to succeed. But when it comes to the question that whichfactor leads to success, opportunity or hard-work, different people will offerdifferent answers.

　　Some people think that opportunity is the first factor leading to success.They hold the idea, as a proverb saying, “Man proposes, god disposes”. Becausealmost all successful people have good luck and have caught their valuableopportunities, they believe that opportunity is a leading condition of thesuccess. If seizes and makes the best use of opportunity available, one cansucceed surely. In summary, to them, chances and lucks play the most importantrole on the road to success.

　　However, others maintain that “no pains, no gains” .Without exertingoneself, one could never expect to achieve success in no matter what one isdoing. As is known to all, there is no royal road to the summit of success. Oneis likely to succeed only when one has worked with whole-hearted devotion andperseverance. Those who are lazy, sloppy and indifferent to their work, thosewho never concentrate on work will definitely end in failure. On the whole, asfar as they are concerned, hard-working is the decisive factor to success.

　　In my view, both hard work and opportunity eventually matters. They areinseparable from each other, and put together, they make a great success. Hardwork is to luck what fish is to water, and can be seen as an interiorprecondition of success. It lays the corner-stone for building a house whileluck serves to cement it, to make the building bricks adherent to one another.They are the twins that contribute to success together. They are the factorsfrom within and without respectively. We must work hard, make efforts and getprepared. When opportunities come, meet and make full use of them. Only in thisway can we succeed one day.
