　　If I were a new teacher, the principal would take me to Class 1 of Grade 1 as their homeroom teacher and Chinese language teacher, and I would stand on the podium looking at dozens of smiling faces without any fear. 　　我有一个理想，就是当一名小学老师。因为老师的工作是辛苦的，他们像园丁一样，哺育着祖国的花朵茁壮成长。记得有一句话说：“教师是人类灵魂的工程师。”对！我就要当工程师，教孩子们做有理想、有道德的共产主义接班人。

　　假如我是一名新老师，校长把我带到一年级一班当他们的班主任和语文老师时，我站在讲台上看着几十张笑脸丝毫不会害怕。我会大大方方的对同学们做自我介绍：“我叫沈韵雯，是你们的.班主任和语文老师，你们可以叫我沈老师，我经验不足，请你们多多指教。”话音刚落，台下会响起一阵阵热烈地掌声。接着，我也会让他们做自我介绍，介绍完，我就和他们交谈。我知道了他们的爱好、特长、理想……还认识了“小书迷”、“学习标兵”、“微机能手”、“钢琴大师”……当然“泪包”、“淘气包”也不例外。

　　从那以后，我们就像一家人一样友好。我也不偏心，而且一群“淘气包”也被我管的学习成绩和好的`同学一样，他们平时成绩也不会低于90分的。下课后，我会像大姐姐一样和他们做游戏。噢，对了，我也不会布置一大堆作业，压得他们喘不过来气，但是要求质量好。这样，孩子们就会有自己的天地。想到这儿，我不由得咯咯笑出声来……
