  1. lead the team to achieve/over achieve sales and profit objectives.

  带领团队达到/超出销售及利润目标

  2. ensure team delivers high standards of store and merchandise presentation while adhering to company merchandising principles.

  确保团队严格高标准地贯彻公司制定的店铺陈列标准

  3. to ensure the company promotional program is implemented as per the required standards so as to maximize sales.

  确保公司促销计划及标准能够严格执行,以达到销售最大化

  4. to always explore and suggest opportunities to grow sales and profit within the operating framework of company

  在营运框架内,提出并创造有效的提高销售和利润的方法和机会

  5. ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. ensure the compliance of policies and procedures of local government.

  确保公司政策与流程的良好执行,确保当地法律法规的严格执行

  6. to ensure the highest level of customer service measured by mystery shopper score

  确保团队高标准的顾客服务,提高神秘顾客评分

  7. to always explore/implement opportunities to reduce costs. to ensure shrinkage management is strong and agreed target % is achieved.

  8. to ensure stock levels are managed within agreed targets while ensuring low levels of out of stocks. knowledge of administrative and stock management procedures and systems to effectively maintain accuracy stock.

  9. to assist in the selection and approval of new stores in a timely manner. to ensure new stores are opened to a high standard and on time.

  10. to motivate a large team of people while setting high standards of performance management.to coach and motivate employee, cultivating creativity, ensuring a good working environment. to handle incidents and manage crisis properly.

  任职资格

  1.university / college degree holder

  本科或专科学历

  2.at least 5 years operational managerial position holder in chained retail operations

  5年以上连锁零售企业营运管理岗位工作经验

  3.good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit

  卓越的组织和领导能力,良好的团队合作精神

  4.ambitious, aggressive, interpersonal skills and sense of commerce and figure analysis

  雄心勃勃的、办事果断,良好的沟通能力以及良好的商业意识、数字分析能力

  5.good ability in planning, prevision and problems solving

  较好的计划、预见和解决问题能力
