两地距离或路程可用里程（路程）、时间、钱数来表达。
1. It is + 数词 + 里程单位 + 进行方式（介词短语） + from ... to ...
It's 1229 kilometres by train from Nanjing to Wuhan.
It's 700 kilometres by air from this city to Beijing.
2. 地点或人 + be + 数词 + 里程单位 + from / to ...
This city is 500 kilometres from Shanghai.
This shop is five kilometres to the bus station.
You are only two kilometres from the new town.
3. 地点 + be + 数词 + 里程单位 + away from ...
Mountain Tai（泰山）is only 200 kilometres away from our city.
4. 地点 + be + 时间 + （from here） + 进行方式（介词短语）
My school is about ten minutes (from here) by bus.
My home is half an hour from your school by train。
5. 地点 + be + 时间 + away
The station is twenty minutes away.
6. 地点 + be + 时间（所有格形式） + 进行方式（名词） + from ...
My school is about twenty minutes' walk from my home.
7. It is + 时间 + from ... to + 进行方式（介词短语）
It is twenty minutes from my home to my school by bike.
8. It takes sb. + 时间 + to get to + ... + 进行方式（介词短语）
It takes me about ten minutes to get to the library by bike.
9. It is + 所花钱多少的名词 + 进行方式（名词） + from / to ...
It is a two-yuan ride on a bus to the zoo.
