　　这都是我一天又一天积累来的。

　　不知从什么时候开始我爱上了短跑，好像昌爷爷身上得到的启示。一天，我正坐在妈妈的电动车上，去校园，无意眼中多了一个人——爷爷。原来爷爷在散步。爷爷每天都要从家出去散步，有一次，他带我出去散步，顺便把我送到学校去。

　　有一次，我起来得太晚了，而我坚持要跟爷爷去“散步”，我这也许不应该叫“散步”而叫“跑步”，就这样日复一日，我练成了“短跑第一”。

　　我还爱骑车，骑车不仅有好处，学车还有更大的好处呢!每个人都不是一出生就会走路的，和一买车是不会直接骑车一个道理。比如说我，都是要经过一次次的摔倒，一次次的练习才会的。这样学车就告诉我们，要有坚强不屈的精神。

　　正如著名作家雨果所说：“奇迹是怎么来的，体育锻炼!”他得了心脏病，最后竟成了长寿者，这些都是他用坚持不懈的运动换来的。

　　运动有益，坚持运动，好处很大。
