今天下午，我和爸爸都感冒了，我们来到医院，一 人打了一针。打针的滋味可真难受啊!我都跑了几次，后来一想，为了早点把病看好，还是忍一忍吧!爸爸说以后不要吃方便面了，不要挑食，注意锻炼身体，就不容易感冒了。以后我再也不挑食了。

Later on, I thought, in order to take good care of my illness, I'd better bear it! Dad said that I'd better not eat instant noodles, not pick food, and pay attention to exercise, so I won't catch cold easily. I'll never be picky again.
