Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sending this letter to support the application of xxx to your esteemed university. I am glad to recommend that Xxx is one of serious and critical students in my class. I taught him Personal Financing and Commercial Bank Retail, which is a compulsory course for students majoring in Finance. I have known her for one year since then.
Xxx always ranked as one of the top students in the class when finishing assignments and exams. The lecture is a little bit challenging for student because it combines theory with case study, and it requires students to understand basic theory and propose their own suggestions. In the lecture, I would like to ask questions to see whether students had mastered the knowledge I taught, and Xxx was always active to raise his hand to answer questions. Besides, I often organized Seminar to discuss financial management and project design optimization of large project cases. In seminar, he always made presentations on behalf of his group because he was always elected as group leader. In a class of Commercial Bank Retail, Xxx made a 10 minutes’ presentation. It focused on repackage of commercial bank retail, and described its concept origin and development trend. He applied case study of 3 commercial banks to reach the topic. (1)你的自我说明是真实的
英国大学招生官会首先考察推荐信是否在某种程度上证实并支持你的自我说明和定位。如果在申请短文中自称自己是公司的—个非常成功的交易人，那么，阅读你申请材料的招生官会仔细地查看你的上司对你的评价，并用这个机会来判断你的`自我说明是否客观合理。

(3)你的管理能力比较突出
