1. sense

10. stick

11. 倍数的表达方式有三种:

(1) A+ be + 倍数 + the + 长(宽,高)的名词形式+ of +B.

The new building is four times the size of the old one.

The new road is three times the width of the old one.

(2) A+ be(或其他动词) + 倍数 + adj /adv的比较级+ than +B.

The sun is a million times larger than the earth.

This boy runs three times faster than his brother.
